About this event

Usva’s Bookclub Cafe invites you to read, discuss, and get a taste of… Carmilla! For this Halloween edition of Bookclub Cafe, we delve into the chilling world of Carmilla by Sheridan Le Fanu. Published in 1872, this gothic vampire novella follows Laura and Carmilla, two young women whose intense and strange bond starts blurring the line between affection and obsession. Following our discussion, we’ll also host a Carmilla-inspired costume contest & decide on the book for our December edition.
