Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 2025

By using Evendar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What Evendar is

Evendar is a free, read-only event aggregator. It collects and displays publicly available event information from venues and promoters so that people can discover what's on in their city. There are no user accounts, no subscriptions, and no fees.

Accuracy of information

All event data — dates, times, venues, prices, and availability — is sourced automatically from third-party websites. This information may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Evendar makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of any event listing.

Always verify event details directly with the venue or promoter before making any plans or purchasing tickets. Evendar is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from reliance on information displayed on this site.

Coverage

Evendar aims to include as many events as possible, but coverage is never exhaustive. Some events will be missing. We are not responsible for events that are not listed, and the absence of a listing should not be taken to mean an event is not happening.

Event and venue requests

You are welcome to suggest events or venues you'd like to see added — reach us at [email protected]. We genuinely appreciate these requests and will do our best to act on them. That said, we cannot commit to adding any specific event or venue, and we cannot guarantee a timeline for doing so.

Third-party links

Evendar links to external websites such as ticket platforms and venue pages. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. Those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Evendar has no control over their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

Evendar is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evendar and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, or from any reliance on event information displayed on it.

Acceptable use

You may browse and share event listings for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated scraping or bulk extraction of data from Evendar is not permitted without prior written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Evendar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
