With a mix of post-punk, disco, glam rock, new wave, and electroclash, Lézard operates on the fault line between comedy and tragedy. The debut album Que Se Passe t-il is a diorama where heartbreakers, voyeurs, escapists, and dreamers mingle under a shattered disco ball. Lézard points the camera desperately at itself: what on earth is going on on this big blue rock? With its first series of singles, including the rousing "Nothing At All", Lézard quickly became a live sensation. Que Se Passe t-il can be called both a break-up and a comeback record: the five souls that form Lézard have left the party phase behind, absorbing and compressing all the ghosts and fragments of those hazy nights, to then release them as defiant disco-punk that impetuously dominates body and mind.
