The Dutch Saxophone Octet and mezzo-soprano Karin Strobos perform a new adaptation of Piazzolla's tango opera 'María de Buenos Aires'. The piece tells the story of María, who symbolizes the soul of Buenos Aires, and her turbulent life filled with passion and self-destruction. After her death, she wanders the city as a ghost.
