Bureau Vergezicht & Romana Vrede — Een groter verhaal

About this event

What do our slavery past and melting ice caps have to do with each other? In Een Groter Verhaal, Bureau Vergezicht, together with actress Romana Vrede, investigates what a different relationship with the earth might look like. The performance searches for new ways of looking, in which connection and responsibility are central, not possession and exploitation. The work asks how we continue to live in a system that repeatedly crosses boundaries and what happens if we try to decolonize not only the earth, but also our thinking.
