About this event
BarokOpera Amsterdam presents the rarely performed opera 'The Indian Queen' by Henry Purcell. The production blends Purcell's music with contemporary stories of South Americans in the Netherlands and their ancestors. This is complemented by music and indigenous sounds from Abya Yala.
