About this event

Since 2022, The Hands Off Project has found a home for its event series at VERA, forging loose connections between punk, experimental electronics, performance, and other DIY expressions that defy easy categorization. No two editions were the same; curiosity, not a specific genre, was always the common thread. This will be the last. For this concluding edition, we are assembling a lineup that reflects what the series was about from the start; no nostalgia, no greatest hits. Just one more T.H.O.P. Featuring the punky new wave and distorted dream-pop duo Taxi Lotta, De Kloe with their obscure samples, fragmented lyrics, raw basslines, and sharp guitar riffs, and Tekno Hunks in Raveyard, pushing the garage punk of Tender Chunks in Gravy towards rave punk.
