About this event
Since her breakthrough with Walk This World in the nineties, singer-songwriter Heather Nova has continued to write, record, and tour. In October 2026, her fourteenth studio album, The Orchard, will be released—a hopeful and emotional album with which she will embark on an extensive European tour in January 2027, including a stop in Groningen. Nova sees herself primarily as a live artist and places great value on the connection with her audience. Especially in a time when AI can increasingly produce music, she views live music as something irreplaceable: coming together and sharing an experience is, in her view, fundamentally human.
