About this event

The atmospheric sludge and post-metal band The Ocean creates music that is progressive to its core. With their new album Solaris, the band takes a different approach. Four new band members give The Ocean a fresh impetus, while cosmic escapism runs like a common thread through the album. The result sounds rawer and more aggressive, yet still recognizably The Ocean: crushing sludge, progressive structures, and cinematic layers.
