Kneecap — + support: FAWZI X SMOKAHOLIC

About this event

Kneecap switch effortlessly between Irish Gaelic and English, but the language everyone understands is the one spoken in the mosh pit. The Belfast trio blend razor-sharp punchlines, punk attitude and rave euphoria into explosive live shows that hit just as hard from the front row to the back of the crowd. What started in 2017 as a DIY project built on rudimentary hip-hop beats has grown into a global movement with no signs of slowing down. The world’s most talked-about rap group returned this year with a brand-new album, and FENIAN proves to be their most sophisticated exploration of language and sound yet: more darkness, more confrontation, more craic, more energy, more solidarity, more absolute bangers and above all, more fuel for the relentless engine powering this unstoppable force.
